PURPOSE:
Equipping men to lead faithfully at home, in the church, and in the community.
Men's Ministry of First Institutional Missionary Baptist Church exists to equip men to become strong spiritual leaders in their homes, church, workplace, and community. Through Bible study, prayer, fellowship, mentorship, and service, we encourage men to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ while living lives of integrity, faith, and servant leadership.

PURPOSE:
Building a strong biblical foundation for the next generation through worship, learning, and service.
The Youth Ministry exists to inspire children and young people to know Jesus Christ personally, grow in their faith, and become compassionate leaders for the future. Through biblical teaching, worship, fellowship, and service opportunities, we seek to build a strong spiritual foundation that equips the next generation to live boldly for Christ.

The Usher Ministry serves as the welcoming presence of First Institutional Missionary Baptist Church. With kindness, reverence, and excellence, our ushers help create an atmosphere where every worshiper and guest feels valued, comfortable, and welcomed into God's house.
